Akron to Host 2015 Algal Toxin Conference

Akron Global Water Alliance will be hosting the US Algal Toxin Conference 2015 in conjunction with the Netherlands Water Alliance on April 28 - 30. The event will look at the science and solutions for Algal toxins created by harmful algal blooms through a packed schedule of  presentations, breakout sessions, round table discussions, panels, tours and a variety of exhibits.

Some of the subjects to be covered include research, planning, policy and regulatory  issues, detection, monitoring, treatment and prevention. The conference will focus on utility managers, researchers, engineers, consultants, government leaders and water professionals.
